• Financial Information: M-Pesa or bank details for the disbursement of professional fees.

• Contractual Necessity: To process your application and manage the contract advocate relationship.
• Legal Obligation: To verify your status with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) as required by the Advocates Act.

3. Third-Party Verification

As part of our vetting process, your P.105 Admission Number is verified against the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) public portal. This is a mandatory step to ensure that all advocates representing Harry Karanja & Company are in good standing.
