- Professional Credentials: Full name, P.105 LSK Admission Number, and digital copies of your current Practicing Certificate.
- Contact Details: Phone number, email address, and your primary court station/location.
- Technical Vetting Data: Typing speed (WPM) results and internet connectivity performance data collected during your application.
- Financial Information: M-Pesa or bank details for the disbursement of professional fees.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on the following legal pillars defined by the Data Protection Act:
- Contractual Necessity: To process your application and manage the contract advocate relationship.
- Legal Obligation: To verify your status with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) as required by the Advocates Act.
- Legitimate Interest: To ensure the security of our legal platform and maintain high professional standards for our clients.
3. Third-Party Verification
As part of our vetting process, your P.105 Admission Number is verified against the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) public portal. This is a mandatory step to ensure that all advocates representing Harry Karanja & Company are in good standing.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive documents:
- Encryption: All uploaded practicing certificates and personal data are encrypted at rest and during transmission.
- Access Control: Access to your professional file is restricted to the Principal Advocate and authorized recruitment staff.
