5. Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT ADVOCATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be an active member of the Law Society of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate. All work is performed under the supervision of Harry Karanja & Company Advocates.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

Contract advocates handle court mentions, directions, and brief assignments as delegated by the firm. You maintain professional standards and court decorum at all times.

3. REMUNERATION

Compensation is variable and depends on task type, complexity, and your performance level. Payment terms are agreed per assignment.

4. PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS

You must maintain client confidentiality, arrive punctually, dress professionally, and accurately report case outcomes.

5. SUPERVISION & INDEMNITY

All work is performed under the supervision and direction of the principal advocate.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding payments will be settled upon termination.
